Hi! I’m Tanmay Mohanty – COO of India’s leading independent digital communication venture – id8labs! With technology changing at the blink of an eye, and opportunities growing manifolds, I enjoy the fast-paced nature of my work as I work with a team of strategists and innovators to design and develop effective marketing strategies for the New Media.
I’m a Technocrat by passion and profession, with every job along the way, offering me a unique platform to learn the nitty-gritty of the web, hone my skills, action my plans, and nurture a team of newbies into seasoned experts of the trade. From mentoring to motivating people to challenge their limits, my work mantra for handling a team is simple – “Win them all – Treat them differently”

What strikes me the most about Marketing is its ability to adapt to new technology, and still find an enticing and engaging platform to communicate with the audience. And with the advent of new interactive technological avenues such as Web 2.0, Mobile, and One-to-One marketing, which provide an opportunity to engage with global audience through a single medium, my job has just become more challenging, exciting and more fun!

Everything that I am today, I owe it to the love, care and support of my family. I’m blessed to have wonderful parents, a beautiful wife and an adorable daughter-cum-angel – Sara and new addition to family, son Akaash! They are the reason I smile!
